CROSSROADS is Serious About Trash!

You may notice a new addition to the Lobby… Recycling Bins! The Cities of Lakeville and Inver Grove Heights have been reaching out to businesses and churches in the area asking for our assistance in pre-sorting recyclables from the trash.

WHEN IN DOUBT THROW IT OUT!

It is better to not recycle than put trash in with non-recyclables.

Fortunately, the cities of Lakeville and Inver Grove Heights allow us to throw all recyclables into one recycling bin, however, below is the list of what qualifies as “Recyclable Products”:

~ plastic bottles, containers, jugs...ONLY #1, 2, 5...look carefully or throw it out!!! clean & mostly dry

Recyclable PET (SPI code #1), such as beverage bottles

Recyclable HDPE (SPI Code #2), such as beverage, milk, and laundry jugs

Recyclable PP (SPI #5), such as food tubs
