L.O.V.E. Little - Ones - Valued - Everyday

As Christmas is upon us, we are reminded of the impact that one small child can have. At L.O.V.E. Christian Childcare, we are reminded daily of how we impact the lives of so many children. Our commitment to create a safe, loving environment is even more meaningful given the challenges we face today. So, we have adopted some day to day guidelines: laugh a lot, have a lot of fun, learn as much as we can, don’t take things too seriously, and share the love of Jesus.

This December our theme is Holidays Around the World. We are learning about traditions and their origin. We continue to focus on the Manger while understanding that the Spirit of Santa is also all about LOVE. This world theme gives opportunity for a better understanding of what is happening around us. From the Northern Lights of Greenland, Unity Cup of Africa, Caroling of England, to the Manger of Italy, we have the opportunity to talk and learn about Baby Jesus and how his birth affected the whole world.

We are continuing to enroll children for distance learning. This challenge keeps us very busy indeed. Working with 5 school districts and 5 grade levels has given us a wide community presence. We are very happy to say that our families and the schools are recommending us for care. We take those we can and minister to them as we are called to do. It is a bit challenging but VERY rewarding!!!!

We are very grateful for the daily opportunities that we are given. And VERY excited to be creating a Unique Christmas Program for you. The children are the writers, actors, and producers, which always makes for the best programs. Stay tuned!

Our future is bright as we grow, learn, love, and build this ministry. We are very grateful for our families, staff and church support and prayers. Wishing you all a Very Merry Christmas!

“Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.” Luke 18:1-17
